Well overall the management is the worst. They are keen about rent but not the service. Apartments are in bad shape, leaks all over, winter you feel cold in one room and very hot in the living room.
First of all, Westgate is very expensive compared to similar apartments in the area. Parking is often an issue, and management is mostly rude. There have been instances where maintenance and management misbehaved. Watch out for those! Decent storage space, but comes at a high premium. Utility bills (gas heat/electricity) are unusually high, must be bad insulation. Washer/dryer units are falling...
Had consistent problems with mice and ants. Also not very well insulated between apartments - could hear people's conversations!
Don't live here. Construction makes noise all day. No parking. People building and in office not nice.

The management is really bad. They didn't listen my problems and always came up with excuses. The buildings are old and not maintained properly. The carpeting was really old. The bathroom was tiny. Overall, it was a bad experience! Being close to I-95, NOISE WAS A BIG PROBLEM! I could not open the windows even summer time. I saw RAT in my apartment as well.
It's a rip off especially if you want to renew the lease. They try to get you deal when you enter but for existing tenant they increase the rent. The price difference between the new and existing tenant is $200.00 for the same apartment. There is no standard fixed rent. Same apartment is rented for 2/3 different prices depending on what they get from who.
