William guided us thru the process all the way. The underwriting went as he told us it would and the entire process went quickly and the closing in our home just added to an overall great experience. The money was transferred on the exact date is was supposed to, making this the fastest, easiest process we have experienced. Great job by all involved and to William for leading the way.
