Mr.Brooks was very nice and helpful to us to begin with but as things progressed and we were calling, texting, emailing, and asking him to contact us to discuss things, answer questions, and help us figure things out, he became unavailable, didn’t answer, didn’t return calls or text or emails except one or two, and became very indifferent to our concerns‼️‼️😱😩 He has left us out on a limb and very disappointed‼️‼️🤦‍♀️😩

If I didn't have to incur 12k in out of pocket costs to complete household fixes and a complete demolition of my barn. These things were deemed to be done by the FHA bank. The loan being FHA wasn't really disclosed clearly until I paid for the appraisal and learned for myself. This house is 170 yeats old and is the least ideal for a FHA loan. Being too deep into the process, I complied but had to come out of my pocket for almost $12,000 to complete the loan. I was told 6 weeks into the process to take down the barn. That was... read more

The process was challenging at times. My only issue is that I did not get the two months reprieve of paying my mortgage due to the closing date. The two months would have given me more time to pay off some other credit cards. Because I am trying to save. Yes I did not pay everything off. I had to pay bills during the month I closed even my existing mortgage and it does not look like I’m getting it back.
