The whole experience took too much time with little explanation of what was the problem. I did not receive reassurance that everything was going normally. Several times I wondered if I should restart the refinance with another firm. So the big problem was communication. To much reliance on electronic communication means no personal touch. I would not recommend Mutual of Omaha to any of my friends.
