I would like to thank the staff for taking care of Simba, my sheltie. He was attacked by a neighbor's dog. He was in shock, running a fever, a hole in his neck and body badly bruised. Being that he is 15 yrs. old, I never expected him to make it through. He had to get stitches, drainage tubes put in and put on meds. The first night home he could not even hold his head up or get up on his own. Each day he got stronger. I moved from the other side of the county and decided I would never love another vet like I loved my old vet. I'm so impressed with everyone I've encountered here, the staff is so kind and friendly to my newest addition (Zoey the Rottweiler mix). Thank you for over exceeding my expectations!
We recently lost our beloved dog after he was hit by a car...I called willow run to notify them and a few days later we received a personal handwritten card from them they took such good care of cash and the card was the least expected gesture of kindness we expect it really meant a lot and the card read this: " Leaman family, You're in our thoughts. Please know how much you are loved and how deeply your loss is felt. Sincerely, The doctors and staff at willow run veterinary clinic"

I would like to say thank you to the medical staff who worked diligently in trying to save my Sophie, not all stories have a happy ending , however in your time of need they stood up to bat and hit a grandslam in my heart in giving there all to save her. Not only were they professional in their field but they made Sophie apart their family and made sure she was comfortable on her new journey.
