In the good times and the bad, Willow Run has been kind and compassionate to not only our furry family members but the human ones as well! Great customer service and excellent veterinary practice standards!
Hands down, the best clinic I know of. I'm not saying that as former employee, I am saying that as a client too. They have the best staff who go above and beyond the call of duty for their clients (believe me, I know!) I have and always will bring my animals here. I love you guys!
Willow Run's amazing staff taught me what practicing great veterinary medicine is all about. I am now a senior veterinary student, getting ready to start practicing as a veterinarian, and couldn't be more grateful for the opportunities this clinic has given me. Thank you to the technicians and doctors for teaching and supporting me, and for providing great patient care over the years!
You guys always made Xena and me feel comfortable even when Xena acts up
They are BUTCHERS….. DO NOT Take your pet there Had my little dog under anastasia too long pulled all but two teeth …..now he can hardly walk! Took him to a good VET who said he was under too long. Should have been done in stages! If I could sue them , I would … do not care about $$$ just want others to know how bad they are ! If you love your pet … find a good VET…not these horrible people.
By far the worst vet I’ve been to. My dog is a rescue from the south and has abandonment issues ever since I got him and is scared to leave my side and it during COVID it was very hard on on him to go into the office alone. I always had to walk him up to the door then hand the lease off to the nurse tech at the last second. The one tech Misty refused to allow me to walk my dog to the door and rather yanked him out of my car to the door. My dog was very tramautized. I used to love this vet, but when I called at 5:26 pm on a Friday, I was put on hold until closing time and then hung up on. I was calling just to make an appointment for a sick animal for next week. I will now be taking all 6 of my pets elsewhere
