This place is getting horrible. They don’t take you on time and then don’t even tell you. Then they tell me to call Monday morning on a Saturday to get my dog in but then turned me away. I have been going here for years and the service has gotten absolutely horrible. Then we ended up at Pet emergency anyway. Don’t recommend this Vet!!!!

Depending on the vet you get it can be a good or bad experience. My dog had bad anxiety. He was scared of everyone. My parents and I shared ownership, and he only fully trusted us. At Willow Run, you never get the same vet. My dog couldn't fully get to know one. There were a couple that were good with him, and took their time with him. One I felt didn't care. That they were only there to do a job. I felt like every time I brought him in, I had to remind the different vet of his anxiety and twitches. The one twitch if you wer... read more

We have taken our dogs to WR Vet for 30 years. We had an emergency with our puppy this past week that was handled very poorly. 1st they refused to see her in an emergency. 2nd they charged $68 for her first visit several days later and sent her back to the emergency vet. They did absolutely nothing for $68. I would not recommend this vet nor will I go back. Sad when $ is more important than an animal at a Vet.

We were out of town and my parents were checking in on our cat. Our precious fur baby became very ill, my parents called me explain the situation and I called one hour before closing and was told they had nothing available that I had to go into Lancaster city to the pet emergency. I explained my situation and that my parents are 80 years old and cannot drive into Lancaster city from Southern Lancaster County. The person on the other end of the phone could have cared less. Willow run had been my Families vet for over 35 year... read more

My GSD went there for all of his nearly 11 years, so there was no question I would take my new Pointer puppy there as well. Everyone is super nice and visits are quite thorough.

I just had the worst experience ever with a scheduler in your clinic. Our dog, Vickie was on deworming treatment since the beginning of May. She was to have two sets of pills three weeks apart then be rechecked after the last three week period. In the interim her vaccines had expired. The vet said to wait until the treatment was over. Today I called for an appointment and was told that she couldnt be seen for two weeks for a vaccine appointment. I explained that they were seriously overdue. (Not our fault.) She said that was... read more

We recently adopted a 2 yr. old boxer mix. Dr. Jack and his staff could not be any kinder, compassionate or professional in their care of her. We are very grateful for all they have done for her.
