I have been going to Willow Run since it opened somewhere around 38 years ago which I think says a lot. I only had one bad experience which was a vet that man handled one of my cats. I complained about it and never did see that vet again. I don't know if there were other complaints or not but he was no longer there. I would and have recommended Willow Run to everyone when the subject of vets comes up. Keep up the great work!
