New windows and doors I was referred to Window City by family friends of mine after they had used them for two of their projects. Patio Door Patio installed was not the same as seen in show room - much heavier. Installer said that material changed to steel. Contact Window City online, Ask me to create service request form. No response from them. Send an email to follow up. Still no response after more than a month.

Window Repair If you care about service, I highly recommend that you NOT buy windows from Wind City. We spent thousands of dollars on putting in their windows. Our bay window in the dining room was defective (manufacturing defective). Window City sent a "repair person" to our house to fix the window (our window cleaners noticed the defect - not Window City). We were promised by Window City that there would be no damage to the brand new windows. In reality we were left with damage all around the window casing from the repair ... read more

We bought some sliders and some casement windows Our brand new slider windows are so drafty that when you put your hand beside it there is lots of air leak!! I have paper towels all around it to make it better. I called them and they sent a technician to install weather strip. He said it is a cold and windy day and that is why there is air Leak and windows are not submarines and he has seen worst!!! (how comforting) The office promised me to install better weather stripping on them but they were waiting for a shipment from E... read more
