Entry door I bought a fibreglass entry door from Windowcity on 27.08.2015 and was supposed to receive it within 6 weeks. After about 3 months finally the door was installed. The look of the door was nice in the beginning but after a couple of days the door started to show some white stains on a cold day, when I started checking the stains by rubbing my fingers on them I realized that the stain isn't sealed and is not fixed and by rubbing the door with your fingers the colour goes off easily . Patio Door Patio installed was not the same as seen in show room - much heavier. Installer said that material changed to steel. Contact Window City online, Ask me to create service request form. No response from them. Send an email to follow up. Still no response after more than a month.

Horrible warranty and service. Window City is the manufacturer of the windows I had installed about five years ago. They are single hung vinyl units with a tilt in feature. The tabs that keep the window in place for tilting in are not very solid. They gave way causing the bottom sash (which was up at the time) to fall in and smash the sealed glass unit. Window Repair If you care about service, I highly recommend that you NOT buy windows from Wind City. We spent thousands of dollars on putting in their windows. Our bay window in the dining room was defective (manufacturing defective). Window City sent a "repair person" to our house to fix the window (our window cleaners noticed the defect - not Window City). We bought some sliders and some casement windows Our brand new slider windows are so drafty that when you put your hand beside it there is lots of air leak!! I have paper towels all around it to make it better. I called them and they sent a technician to install weather strip. He said it is a cold and windy day and that is why there is air Leak and windows are not submarines and he has seen worst!!!
