living room Yhe installers gave me a nice and beatifull windows.I was Very happy with it.I will be replacing mu windows in bedroom in a future with windows city.The installers left the place clean .
changed windows Window City changed all our basement windows. They are energy saving, easy to open, lock and extremely easy to clean. Now our windows look very modern and makes the house look new. I would tell my family and friends how good the job is done!
Changed Windows They were very punctual. The prices were very affordable. I would definitely recommend Window City to my friends. They explained the efficiency of the windows as well as the warranty. They answered all the questions that I had and followed up with us as well.
5 Windows replaced We needed windows replaced and went to the home show to get names of potential companies. There was a full range of price points. We went with Window City who subcontracted the job and we were pleased with the honesty and price of the quote. defective windows One of their dealer in Thornhill installed 9 windows in my house. The moisture and water buildup started to appear between glass panes of 5 new windows only TWO months later ! There is no fix after I contacted the dealer. Total disaster. worst experience ever. I would not recommend "window city" to anyone who are looking for quality products.

bunch of unprofessional liiar, built the windows in wrong size and they don't take responsibility Hello all out there, Unfortunately I have used them to order my doors and windows a total of 30 pieces combined end up being over $50K. I ordered them mid September and at the time they promised 10 weeks until they build and install them. Window City Warranty Beware of the 2 year warranty. After that they charge $200 + HST for labour for a tech to LOOK at the problem and TRY to fix it. If additional visits are required, it is $200 each visit. In my case, it is a small the window that cost around $300 itself, and had a problem since the beginning while still under warranty. Now they want to charge me for it. Not worth it. 2 shades of black on both patio doors and rude installer As part of a renovation, Window City replaced windows and sliding patio doors in August, 2020. First, the quality of the install was substandard. The frames on BOTH patio doors AND a large window started bowing and the capping on another window was wider by 1/2" on one side than the other.
