2 shades of black on both patio doors and rude installer As part of a renovation, Window City replaced windows and sliding patio doors in August, 2020. First, the quality of the install was substandard. The frames on BOTH patio doors AND a large window started bowing and the capping on another window was wider by 1/2" on one side than the other. Entire house 5 of 6 window latches broke in less than a year resulting in three windows smashing and breaking, and not one person has called me back in four years to stand behind their warranty. Local company purchased your windows and installed but no longer deal with you either so I keep leaving you messages and no response. Poor work/Customer service Very poor poor service. They did the design of my windows and doors wrong and I have been waiting for almost 1 year to get it fixed and it is still outstanding. Went to the store to meet with the sales person (Saeed) sometime in June he asked us to summarize the issues on an email, I sent him several emails and he never answered back. (Poor Poor Customer Service)
Custom project Service department (Chris in particular) raised his voice and used explicit language before dropping the call. This comes after weeks of trying to get a hold of a rep to replace a damaged product. Buyers beware! Do your research before believing any positive review you see. Very disappointed.

Leak in window I had a service person come the asses a leak in the window. Philip. He spent less then 10 minutes. Did not do a leak test. And charged 180 $. I don’t call that acceptable customer service.
Terrible quality of window, stay away!!! Our windows were installed in 2017. They have all failed. There is zero insulating gas in our windows. During these hot days of summer, we can feel the sun coming through. Our AC hasn't stopped running. My patio is warped and will hardly open. When I called them to come and take a look at the windows, they were going to charge we $150 to come out. The windows look great, but that is it!!! Patio door leaks I built a new house, used Window City , unfortunately the Master bedroom patio door leaks air, so I paid for a window city tech service , he couldn't fix the problem just lost an extra 128$, bed room still cold and turned to homedepo to try and fix the problem
Warranty A few years ago had my windows replaced.The windows that the salesperson sold me were Window City. Fastforward to 2018. The seal in a large window failed. Had to pay upfront to have them make a replacement window under warranty. The techs came and verified that the window had failed. Window city refused to refund the cost of the glass. They offered me 150.00 as a good will gesture.DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY GIVE YOU THE RUNAROUND AND DON'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT

Not Reputable I can’t stress enough about this company and their sub contractors, stay away from this company, don’t order windows from them. The quality is sub par and when you encounter problems they will not support you. Be sure if you hire a company to install windows for you , that they are not supplied by Window City.
