I'm extremely satisfied with my windows; they're beautiful. I had cheap aluminum windows since the 70s. Now the noise is not as loud during storms. I like the work they did. Windows USA was quick, friendly, and cleaned the windows when they were done. They picked up all their mess, and everything was done as I expected.

Our installers, Travis and Andrew, were very professional and did a great job of installation and cleanup. In fact, one window wasn't working correctly and they kept adjusting until it did. It took a while, but they didn't give up! During the final inspection, I noticed a few places where the caulking had some tiny gaps. Travis cheerfully fixed them. The windows are beautiful and work very well. We love them!
