The windows themselves are awesome. They can be opened from the top or the bottom. Both upper and lower windows can be rotated inward to clean them ! In addition you can actually remove the window pane from the frame and, if broken get a replacement glass by giving Window USA the serial number off the side of the frame. They look beautiful too. Sales people to installers are all polite, courteous and nice to work with.

I think the windows are great, but the installers I had were not so great. The only other thing had a problem with was the salesperson who came to my house. He didn't have set prices, so I often wondered how they determined the price. That was a little ambiguous.

I really like the windows. They look great and are easy to operate. The salesperson Brett was personable and easy to work with. The install crew was very professional, hard working and efficient.

The installer were on time and quickly got to work. Mr DeWall and his assistant were very courteous and friendly. The only time I saw them stop working was when I gave them a cold Coke Cola.

I love the windows, The work was done in a very timely manner. Any and every time someone from the office, or Windows USA called, they all were very polite and professional. If I did not answer the phone, which I usually don’t for unknown numbers, they always left a message and answered immediately when I called back. All of the employees I interacted with during the installation of my windows, before, during, and after, was a pleasure to work with - very, very professional.
