I am really impressed with the windows themselves. I can already tell a difference with the room temperature and they make the house look great! The staff are all very professional and friendly. They take their business very personal. The referral program an added bonus. I have no complaints.

I'm waiting on Windows USA. I didn't receive any documents or the warranty on my windows installed. I'm waiting for that. A blind was supposed to be re-hung. They took the blind down and said they would re-hang the blind, but they didn't.
