Windows USA had this promotion if you refer a customer you would get a Walmart gift card I know I referred 5 friends that I know no one contacted my friends from Windows USA. I am disappointed with Windows USA. You have lost me as a future customer.

Window locks on my windows was a deal breaker, yet the salesman assured me the slider windows had them but they did not. Every time someone calls for references and I tell them about this I'm told there are no notes on my file. All I have been told is that the sales man should not have told me that. You have my money and now you are satisfied, but I am not.

I miss my old windows! I had 9 Alaskan windows installed 15 months ago and had an issue with the installers not properly sealing around the them. I noticed when they were sealing the 8th window that there was a large gap under it with no insulation at all! When I asked if this was how he would have installed them in his home, he paused and then said yes that he would. He told me that he had used low-expansion foam and that it would eventually fill the void, I did not believe him and had him go back and pull the seals on the ... read more

I would have never gotten one of the basement windows had I known rain would pour in when my window well gets some rain in it. The last window I had in it was a pull in window that kept any water from getting in. I have had the company back at my house twice for this reason and they finally said all of their windows will leak in. Very disappointed and also now continue to have water in my basement. The product sounds really great but with the high pressure sales of this company I will never recommend them. The salesman keep using pressure sales technique and I ask him not too The company will continue to call you and never leave messages. This company may have good windows but very poor tactics to get customer.

We had our visit from window usa. What was supposed to last an hour turned into 2 1/2 hours. The guy was nice but I was furious with the "manager" on the phone. He was pushing so hard. The price started out at $10, 700 for 8 window, but if we signed then he'd knock off $1, 500 if we signed right then. We said no and he got on the phone to his "manager" and tried to see what he could do. Printed out a paper that said we could have it for a low price of $7, 200.
