I was happy with the work that was done, but I would like to know if anyone else’s windows leak when it rains?
Business response:
Thank you for your review! We appreciate you and your business! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Windows USA windows are designed to weep to the exterior, so there should not be any interior leaks. We will have our service department contact you to schedule an inspection appointment to ensure everything is weeping correctly. Thank you, again!
Best service and prices! When I need a window replacement I check with Windows USA first.

We loved our new to us home. But, the home needed upgrades. Windows USA replaced 14 windows in 2 days! Remarkable positive differences! Energy star windows can do everything but clean my house! Lol Thanks..
We had our windows replaced in our bedroom. We have 6’x4’ windows. The sills were rotted on two sides. We had 8 windows and they were very reasonable and you can negotiate with them as well. And they financed ours.
Love these windows and this company. Wouldn’t use another company.
The work was completed in one day. I had 12 windows and it was all done perfectly. The workers were very clean and careful with all our items. Thank you so much for taking care of my home. Candy’ce W
It was a very professional installation in one day. The installers were very polite.
I enjoyed my interactions with this company and their employees
