Love it! I am loving living here every day! Apartments are super clean and well taken care of. This is only my second month and honestly this the best place I've seen in the longest. I did my research well and comparing to other local areas, this place was way at the top of my list. Stratford Place is the place This is the perfect place to live. The apartments here are clean and modern. It has full size washer and drier in each apartment, so no walking down stairs with your laundry or having to going to a laundry mat and wait till its done. every apartment has its own forced heat and air as well has your own hot water heater. Verified Renter The unit I moved into differs significantly from the model shown, featuring older cabinets, rusted hardware, peeling sink paint, a broken window, and a leaking washing machine. Communication with the management office is difficult, which leads to long delays in getting these repairs completed. Additionally, the communal facilities (pool and gym) require better regular upkeep and updated equipment. Verified Renter Maintenance staff, lacks knowledge, and professionalism. Work is rarely completed or understood.. We have yet to have any maintenance completed at a reasonable time it’s either completed within weeks or not completed at all or not addressed for that matter

Verified Renter Maintenance staff lack knowledge, and even the smallest of tasks also not enough staff members to come out to address issues according to time requested. Also, we wish that they would at least clean the hallways clear the garbage around the premises at least once a week there’s been garbage left in the hallways and on stairways and you can tell no one comes out to clean by how long it’s there literally a month at a time.
