Verified Renter Lived here for a number of years now. Maintenance personnel are very good.The buildings are aging and the windows, patio door(s) are in need of modern energy efficient replacements. HVAC is in need of modern energy efficient upgrades as well. Current HVAC is very noisy and not energy efficient compared to new systems.
Verified Renter The community is relaxed and very dog friendly. Plenty of green spaces and paths to walk thru. The ease and security of having packages being delivered to the lockers is great and any communication with the office staff has been good.
