Verified Renter We had a very disappointing experience with this property, especially with customer service and maintenance. When we moved in, we were never given the chance to see the unit beforehand. On move-in day, the apartment was dirty and poorly maintained. The cabinets were old and faded, blinds were broken, the bathroom sink was damaged, the bathtub hardware was rusty, and the main bedroom closet door wouldn’t even close. The WORST PLACE EVER The management sucks, the maintenance sucks, upon moving out they nickel and dime you & even if you leave the place spotless they will say it was dirty! Would give a big fat zero if I could. They only care about getting your money and the places are not even mediocre! Be smarter about whose pockets you are filling because if you live here you are supporting SCUM

Verified Renter Closet is always flooding. Ceiling water damage from many leaks. Black mold coming out of the vents. Constant insects. Patio door and windows are old and hard to open.
BEWARE this dirty and old complex Simply put, noone should live here. To expand on that though, Bloomingdale itself has nothing to offer, is a commute away from where I imagine most people work (Schaumburg, the city ...). This town has some wooded areas and a couple of parks that are relatively nice, but so do most suburbs around here. Scammers watch out.... Apartments are old and awful. After 12 Months of lease they change the price of the amount between $150-$200 per month. Be prepared to pay more the following year if you are not willing to move. Also hallways smell like curry sauce .
Must be declawed?? I'm looking for an apartment and this place was sounding real good until your pet has to be declawed. I do not agree with this policy as it is inhumane.
