Love it! I am loving living here every day! Apartments are super clean and well taken care of. This is only my second month and honestly this the best place I've seen in the longest. I did my research well and comparing to other local areas, this place was way at the top of my list. Stratford Place is the place This is the perfect place to live. The apartments here are clean and modern. It has full size washer and drier in each apartment, so no walking down stairs with your laundry or having to going to a laundry mat and wait till its done. every apartment has its own forced heat and air as well has your own hot water heater. Verified Renter Maintenance staff lack knowledge, and even the smallest of tasks also not enough staff members to come out to address issues according to time requested. Also, we wish that they would at least clean the hallways clear the garbage around the premises at least once a week there’s been garbage left in the hallways and on stairways and you can tell no one comes out to clean by how long it’s there literally a month at a time.

When we moved in, we were never given the chance to see the unit beforehand. On move-in day, the apartment was dirty and poorly maintained. The WORST PLACE EVER The management sucks, the maintenance sucks, upon moving out they nickel and dime you & even if you leave the place spotless they will say it was dirty! Would give a big fat zero if I could. They only care about getting your money and the places are not even mediocre! Be smarter about whose pockets you are filling because if you live here you are supporting SCUM
