Verified Renter Overall, Windsor Estates is a quiet community where maintenance workers are incredibly friendly and helpful. The neighbors feel like family and the community spaces truly feel welcoming. The outdoor spaces are such a wonderful thing to have, especially once the weather gets nice. Nothing beats a summer evening spent at the pool and barbeque areas.

Verified Renter Since the time I had a tour of the apartments, I was treated well. Any questions or concerns are always answered immediately. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. It's a great complex for dog owners.

Verified Renter Been here a number of years. Maintenance and grounds keeping is well done. Apartments are in need of new windows and patio doors. HVAC systems are in need of less noisy more efficient upgrade.
Verified Renter Staff and maintenance are very good. The only thing is the outdoor appearance of some of the bldgs can be better. And the smoking can use more enforcement.
