Verified Renter Since the time I had a tour of the apartments, I was treated well. Any questions or concerns are always answered immediately. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. It's a great complex for dog owners.

Verified Renter Been here a number of years. Maintenance and grounds keeping is well done. Apartments are in need of new windows and patio doors. HVAC systems are in need of less noisy more efficient upgrade.

Verified Renter Staff and maintenance are very good. The only thing is the outdoor appearance of some of the bldgs can be better. And the smoking can use more enforcement.

Verified Renter Lived here for a number of years now. Maintenance personnel are very good.The buildings are aging and the windows, patio door(s) are in need of modern energy efficient replacements. HVAC is in need of modern energy efficient upgrades as well. Current HVAC is very noisy and not energy efficient compared to new systems.
