We found Dr. Castelli about 6 years ago, when we were expecting our first child. We LOVE him and Sandy and the whole crew at WHCS. We have 4 children, and I have received prenatal care for each of them with Dr. Castelli, and it's always been a wonderful experience. Dr. Joseph Castelli is extremely professional and easy to work with. He delivered both of my boys (3 years apart) and it was a wonderful experience both times. Nervousness and anxiety is very common with pregnancy but Dr. Castelli makes everything very easy. We moved an hour away from Bryn Mawr after my first delivery and second time around; we still decided To take a chance of an hour drive for labor and delivery; just because I didn’t want to go to any other OBGYN. I would recommend Dr. Castelli to anyone! I have been a patient since 2016 and I have always felt at ease and relaxed in his care. He took care of me through two pregnancies and delivered my first baby. His office staff is wonderful and I always felt comfortable asking questions and he always listened to my concerns. He is extremely professional and kind. I can’t say enough great things about the whole practice!

Dr. Castelli is the best. Him and his team are top notch and truly care about their patients. The office staff makes you feel warm and welcome every time you arrive. I've been a patient of Dr. Castelli's for almost 10 years, recently he delivered my daughter via C-Section. He helped me to feel comfortable through the entire process of induction, then an unplanned C-section. I had preeclampsia during my first pregnancy. I was so scared when I was sent to Bryn Mawr Hospital by ambulance. At that time, preeclampsia developed very high blood pressure very fast. During that super dangerous situation, I met Dr. Castelli and he had the accurate diagnostic quickly and treated it very well. I was so impressed by his professionalism, kind and excellent care. Dr. Castelli save my life. He is absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend!
