Have used this practice and specifically Laura Horan for many years. Can't say enough about how attentive and professional she is.
My experience with Dr Castelli couldn't be more positive. He's just an all-around great doctor. He not only took the time to answer all my questions in DETAIL, but asked me if I had any more. Most doctors would be rushing you out the door to get to the next patient! He's very direct with his answers and willing to share his knowledge with you. His staff is great, too. They're very friendly and professional. I'll recommend Dr. Castelli to everyone.
Dr. Castelli, is extremely caring and has his unique way of understanding to help you, he listens to what you have to say and is there for you when you need something. He will be your friend, his personality is outstanding!
Dr. Joseph Castelli has been my ob/gyn for over 20 years now. He was one of two ob/gyns in the practice when I was pregnant with my son. From my first visit with him, I wanted him to be the doctor who would deliver my son but fate was not on my side. The day I went into labor he was not the doctor in the practice who was on call. I continue to see Dr. Castelli every year for my annual checkup. Besides being an excellent doctor, he is warm, pleasant and very easy to talk to.
I highly recommend Dr. Castelli! He is intelligent, dedicated, and caring. The girls in the office are great as well as his nurse, Sandy. I have been under his care for over 25 years. Dr. Castelli is very thorough, patient, and takes time to answer any questions. I had some health issues over the past 2 years and realized during this time just what type of man and doctor that Dr. Castelli truly is and feel blest to be in his care. I cannot say enough about him!
Dr Castelli and his staff are the most kind, patient, and friendly I have ever come across. It starts with the great girls at the front desk, to the time you have with his nurse, Sandy, and then the grand finale of meeting with him for your appointment. I am so blessed to be with such an amazing practice.

Dr. Castelli and nursing staff (Sandy) did an outstanding job of easing my concerns and providing prompt and caring attention.
