Verified Renter Maintenance and office staff are always very nice and response to concerns is very timely. Really really wish they would recycle though. Loitering in parking lot and on premises has been reduced and that has been nice.

Verified Renter Terrible place to live!!!! Things will happen to you and management will not care in any way and will do nothing to help. Also people in the office aren't professional or nice. Definitely should of moved out when I had the chance. Regretting that decision everyday I'm here.

Appartment Leak When I moved in to appartment 2263A, I was assured that the water damage I saw on the ceiling had been fixed. This was a lie. I have lived in 2263A for 2 years now and nothing has been done to rectify the leak. Do not move in to this appartment. Water leaks in every time there is a strong thunderstorm or snow melts in the winter months.
Rude lease agent I went for an viewing the leasing lady name Marie was out for lunch for 2hrs maintenance man showed me unit. He was very nice and I was considering leasing unit UNTIL that Marie showed up she was rude to me and my family, rude to the maintenance guy yell at him for showing us the unit. And then basically threw us out. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy that was horrible !!!! SHE RUNS POTENTIAL RENTERS AWAY! Btw doesn’t she works on commission! Wow lol
