Very Happy Been living here for over a year. Good neighborhood and a good staff. Pet friendly and no issues. Prices are very good for the Schaumburg area.
I love living here! Been a resident here now since November 2014, My wife and I been apartment searching at the time for about a good 6 months before moving anywhere. Maria was the recruiter we dealt with to figure out pricing of the apartments, our tour to each style of apartments and when we can move in. Life at Woodbury place apartments Major changes have been made since construction started at Woodbury place apartments! Granite countertops, new carpet, stove and refrigerator, new bathroom aminites...and lots of closet space, which is a plus! There are no washer or dryer in the units, which sucks! There is only one washer and one dryer on the 2nd floor for the entire building to share, which by the way, consists of 6 units! There was a rent increase for 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.
