Verified Renter Love it here! Great process for leasing, management is amazing (particularly Laura), neighbors could be a little nicer but for the most part its great!
Verified Renter Woodbury Place Apartments in Schaumburg, IL the location is very convenient close to stores and by public transportation! The inside and the outside of my apartment is very nice, updated appliances, spacious and clean and a huge private balcony. Friendly and courteous staff. Over all, Woddbury Place Apartments is a placed to call home.
Verified Renter Overall I am very satisfied with Woodbury Place. There have been only one or two instances where either a member of maintenance or an outside contractor was less than stellar in performing repair services, but for the most part get the job done in a satisfactory manner.
Verified Renter Nice, spacious apartments for what you pay for in this area. I only have a couple negatives. The dumpsters are overflowing a large percentage of the time. My biggest pet peeve is excessive speeding in the parking lot.
Verified Renter I love my apartment at Woodbury and I plan on staying here. Love living on 3rd floor. Only 18steps., bilateral knee replacement. I am 69...no problem. My ESA Cookiebear Maltipoo loves it.

Maria was the recruiter we dealt with to figure out pricing of the apartments, our tour to each style of apartments and when we can move in. During the whole process she was very attentive to our needs, at the time our apartment was not available until a certain time, but she kept us up to date on when the apartment was available. With on point availability, sh... read more
