I love living here! Been a resident here now since November 2014, My wife and I been apartment searching at the time for about a good 6 months before moving anywhere. Maria was the recruiter we dealt with to figure out pricing of the apartments, our tour to each style of apartments and when we can move in. During the whole process she was very attentive to our needs, at the time our apartment was not available until a certain time, but she kept us up to date on when the apartment was available. Life at Woodbury place apartments Major changes have been made since construction started at Woodbury place apartments! Granite countertops, new carpet, stove and refrigerator, new bathroom aminites...and lots of closet space, which is a plus! There are no washer or dryer in the units, which sucks! There is only one washer and one dryer on the 2nd floor for the entire building to share, which by the way, consists of 6 units! There was a rent increase for 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Verified Renter They need to improve their units, as they are in very bad condition.

Verified Renter Management has been rude and unprofessional. We have been dealing with mold issues in our unit for 4 months now and the only thing Tom tells us is that we can break our lease free of charge. Clearly they don’t take care of their units as they should and just paint over everything. We got the village involved thankfully and they are finally starting to do their job and take responsibility. But I would never recommend this place to anyone

Do not recommend I'm sorry to say, I can not recommend Woodbury as a good place to live. Our rent has gone up hundreds of dollars in the last 4 years. The manager will give you a new lease with no mention of the increase, and say they have no way to control it, it is simply "the algorithm". Don't move here unless you plan on only staying a year or two. The first year was ok, then things got progressively worse. You will have a hard time saving for the future when squirrels start chewing on your car's gas tank and engine, as ... read more

Verified Renter Maintenence is quick to come "look", but take forever to take action. I have to prey on them and even so, they'll fix one thing and still leave other things pending. Management follows up but doesnt follow thru. Very unfortunate. Heat and AC do not reach bedrooms. You'll freeze in the winter and roast in the summer while sleeping. Cleanliness of hallways, laundry room and stairs is poor, seems its only done once a week if that. They encourage to report any issues but for example I reported the dryer in the bu... read more

Verified Renter Maintenance and office staff are always very nice and response to concerns is very timely. Really really wish they would recycle though. Loitering in parking lot and on premises has been reduced and that has been nice.
