Verified Renter Nice, spacious apartments for what you pay for in this area. I only have a couple negatives. The dumpsters are overflowing a large percentage of the time. My biggest pet peeve is excessive speeding in the parking lot.

Very Happy Been living here for over a year. Good neighborhood and a good staff. Pet friendly and no issues. Prices are very good for the Schaumburg area.
I love living here! Been a resident here now since November 2014, My wife and I been apartment searching at the time for about a good 6 months before moving anywhere. Maria was the recruiter we dealt with to figure out pricing of the apartments, our tour to each style of apartments and when we can move in. During the whole process she was very attentive to our needs, at the time our apartment was not available until a certain time, but she kept us up to date on when the apartment was available. Life at Woodbury place apartments Major changes have been made since construction started at Woodbury place apartments! Granite countertops, new carpet, stove and refrigerator, new bathroom aminites...and lots of closet space, which is a plus! There are no washer or dryer in the units, which sucks! There is only one washer and one dryer on the 2nd floor for the entire building to share, which by the way, consists of 6 units! There was a rent increase for 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Verified Renter Management has been rude and unprofessional. We have been dealing with mold issues in our unit for 4 months now and the only thing Tom tells us is that we can break our lease free of charge. Clearly they don’t take care of their units as they should and just paint over everything. We got the village involved thankfully and they are finally starting to do their job and take responsibility. But I would never recommend this place to anyone
