I’m a Marine veteran and I would not recommend using these folks. I called and was shoved off to an “advocacy group” then denied any assistance. Beware… they sounded more like charlatans to me.

Our client contract states the circumstances under which we may assess a fee and case expenses. The fee is 20% of your backpay. Case expenses are costs that we temporarily absorb on your behalf in order to develop the evidence needed to win your case. Both are only charged to the client if we win the case. RecommendedThey brought Me From being stuck at 30%. Denial after Denial . Finally rated at 70%. Appealed for Total and unableto work Disability Simnce 2014. I started With 20% Due to Diabetes Agent Orange. THEN 30 & THEN 50%. WITHOUT Woods & Woods I would still be stuck at 30%.

I would never recommend this firm to another veteran! Save your money, use one of the Service Organizations. Using this law firm will not expedite your appeal. Once the documents are submitted, the only correspondence you will receive is that the case is still being processed! I went to the VA.Gov webpage and discovered my appeal was granted, when I contacted my Case Manager she didn’t know that the appeal was granted nor did she seem to care! Your Ad is misleading. You state you help ALL veterans. I needed help with an appeal and I was denied because I "Have a job" and you only help unemployed veterans. Wasted hours of my time filling out your forms and getting my papers together for nothing! Devon who was assigned to help won't even answer her phone or return my calls.
We had them for over a year for my husband and they dropped us because they said it didn't look like my husband would get 100 percent unemployability. I was so disappointed in them. will not ever recommend them!! They just finally got off of my husbands claim.
I couldn't get helped because they only help Veterans that are unable to work. Thanks Woods and Woods. Wish that would have been said on your website or FB page
