they dont get paid unless you do,but also they wont defend if they cant make a mint, it doesn't help if you are over 65 and not 100% disabled. It's always the money that counts. So if you think the VA bad, think again. Charles McCoy

Business response:

Hi Charles. We are sorry we did not accept your case and that you are unhappy with our services. You are correct, our lawyers only charge if you obtain VA Disability benefits. Many veterans could not afford a lawyer if there were upfront fees. A no recovery, no fee policy helps disabled veterans obtain the representation they need.

After 3 1/2 years still hoping, I have called the for two days 3 calls no response from the team leader ? they have information that I need to give to my Congressman tom see what he can do to help no return calls ?

Business response:

Hi Bob. The VA wait times for applications and appeals can be long. We are sorry that the VA takes a very long time to process claims and appeals. Please call 800-544-2108 if you cannot get in touch with your team leader. There could be a phone problem or maybe you have the wrong extension.

I am a 43yo male who has had MCL surgery, back surgery to help with spinal stenosis and a total hip replacement which I am fixing to have at least partially revised (re-done). Tina contacted me about two weeks ago and said that they no longer handle disability claims and handed me of to some wet-behind-the-ears young lawyer who said they couldn't help me. Didn't talk to me one bit, just looked at what the others had collected. No clue that a revision surgery is very dangerous but very debilitating. I am on my 3rd appeal wait... read more

We are sorry to hear you aren't happy with our services. However, Mr. Egan your case has been referred to another attorney and they have accepted it. If you aren't clear about which attorney has accepted your case, please call us and we can clear things up.

This law firm is sorry. Oh you're not a 100 percent disabled veteran. We're sorry we are giving up on your claim even though you have a medical file at the VA that shows your disability.

Business response:

David, we are sorry we did not accept your case. Unfortunately, we only accept clients that we believe we can help. We wish you the best of luck.

Im sorry but it is very poor business etiquette to send an email about all the other things you can do for a client after you refused to take a case based on very limited information. Not even asking about the case itself or how they can help. Don't send me an email then telling me about all the ways you can help in "other areas" that aren't even applicable!

Business response:

Kiki, we are sorry we did not accept your case. We apologize for sending you an email and have removed you from our email list.

Seems with my VA appeal all I am doing is paying them for a waiting partner, because they can't do any more than me. Wish I had known this before I hired them!

Business response:

Hi Brian! We are sorry that your VA appeal is taking so long. Unfortunately, there is no way to make the VA work faster. We have to no avail, tried many ways to speed VA cases up over our many years of fighting for vets. We have learned that we all have to play the waiting game with the Veterans Administration. Please be assured that we are working our hardest to win your VA claim.

I'd give you 0 if I could. My husband's case was mishandled from day one- and you did nothing to correct what were obvious mistakes. NO ONE should even need a lawyer to obtain SSI- it is something we work for and contribute to, ourselves, but that even a terminal cancer patient was denied and now 2 months after his death we are still waiting is insane. You'll still get your 25%, though. I am glad I believe in karma- otherwise there would be no justice whatsoever for my husband. All he wanted was to save the house- had the SS... read more
