There all about the money they can reap from our Veterans. How do you deny a veteran because they won't claim a mental disability and then tell them because of that you can't take their case. Really!! Our veterans deserve all the support they can get. I find this firm to be very unethical

I would advise everyone to look into other firms before choosing this one. After stringing my father-in-law along for around 2 years while they were "working" on his case he received a letter in the mail stating the firm was dropping him as a client. No call, no explanation, just a letter. Funny thing is when I came to this page to post this I read a review stating the same thing happened to another vet so it is not just a one time occurrence. There are many other options out there to help vets, please look there first!

Cant say enough about woods and woods. Very professional, extremely courteous and very knowledgeable of Veterans Administration policies and procedures. Pictures of cool water and they have always been on top of everything and keep me well informed of my case what do you do

I have to say this law firm has been a total failure for me as well. They had put in paperwork for a review by a DRO 2 years ago. I started to ask questions about my case because I have not heard anything and out of the blue they drop me as a client. Nothing has changed now from 2 years ago when they submitted the review. The VA has not made a decision, now I am left without council and I dont have a clue as to where I stand with my case. It would have been better had I never... See More contacted this law firm. Start what y... read more

they dont get paid unless you do,but also they wont defend if they cant make a mint, it doesn't help if you are over 65 and not 100% disabled. It's always the money that counts. So if you think the VA bad, think again. Charles McCoy

I am a 43yo male who has had MCL surgery, back surgery to help with spinal stenosis and a total hip replacement which I am fixing to have at least partially revised (re-done). Tina contacted me about two weeks ago and said that they no longer handle disability claims and handed me of to some wet-behind-the-ears young lawyer who said they couldn't help me. Didn't talk to me one bit, just looked at what the others had collected. No clue that a revision surgery is very dangerous but very debilitating. I am on my 3rd appeal wait... read more

This law firm is sorry. Oh you're not a 100 percent disabled veteran. We're sorry we are giving up on your claim even though you have a medical file at the VA that shows your disability.
