They reviewed my case. Took my case. Signed all paperwork, and then they told me that their policies changed and they only help with unemployability. They care about money, not veterans who need help!

Hired them in 2014. Got calls every month to tell me no new news and even that started to go downhill. I advise all veterans to do it themselves or talk with VFW, LEGION, DAV, etc. And do not have them file an appeal.... takes up to 3 years for that. I'm currently at 30%, can't work, dealing with pain non stop and got an eviction notice, all while waiting on my APPEAL. Talked with Legion and they explained everything that they never told me. There all about the money they can reap from our Veterans. How do you deny a veteran because they won't claim a mental disability and then tell them because of that you can't take their case. Really!! Our veterans deserve all the support they can get. I find this firm to be very unethical

Hi Kathy. We can't control wait times. The VA will decide claims at its own pace. It's unfair.
I would advise everyone to look into other firms before choosing this one. After stringing my father-in-law along for around 2 years while they were "working" on his case he received a letter in the mail stating the firm was dropping him as a client. No call, no explanation, just a letter. Funny thing is when I came to this page to post this I read a review stating the same thing happened to another vet so it is not just a one time occurrence. There are many other options out there to help vets, please look there first!

If you disagree with our decision we encourage you to promptly contact the National Veterans Foundation to find additional help.
Cant say enough about woods and woods. Very professional, extremely courteous and very knowledgeable of Veterans Administration policies and procedures. Pictures of cool water and they have always been on top of everything and keep me well informed of my case what do you do

I have to say this law firm has been a total failure for me as well. They had put in paperwork for a review by a DRO 2 years ago. I started to ask questions about my case because I have not heard anything and out of the blue they drop me as a client. Nothing has changed now from 2 years ago when they submitted the review.
