Woods & Woods wasted my time for months then to tell me I could get 100% but they were to busy so they forward my info to another attorney for me to go through all this all over again. Did some research and few lawyers out of Carmel Indiana also involved with them no longer do business with them... Veterans do your research I've been fighting for 12 years..

I was told that being that I am not a combat 100% disabled veteran who is unable to work that they could not take my case. It comes across like the payout is not gonna be enough, yet representation is that they are a veteran law firm and here to support veterans. If you're only going to support one type of veteran you should really post that on your page and website, its very misleading. My one star comes from not even reviewing my case, simply telling me you're not gonna take it or even consider it.

I had high expectations for Woods and Woods. They wouldn’t take my disability case because I didn’t serve in Iraq or Afghanistan, I was only in the Persian Gulf. They are currently too back logged to handle new cases and according to them since I drive for Uber that counts as an actual job so I’m not a priority case. Crazy to think I can go from a pilot to an Uber driver with suicidal depression and that’s considered acceptable. Sad, guess I’ll keep looking around for help.

Hi Sam. I checked our case management system and can see you have never been a client of our law firm. All of our clients were denied benefits, most of them after using a free service organization. We do charge a fee because doctors, medical reports, lawyers, case analysts, psychologists, vocational experts, etc. are not free. Sad lawyers taking money from veterans sad. Note review is a result of facebook advertising targeting veterans. And failure to mention Veterans service organizations options that are free to veterans. Sickening
They do not believe in our motto " do not leave a fellow soldier behind. While they were representing me. I received a phone call from there office that they would no longer be representing me. With no explanation why!!

Started off great until I you asked them to wait as I wanted to talk to a VSO, they would not stop pressuring me, call after call and many emails and letters. I finally made my decision to go with them and now they dropped me, simply will not help me. Thanks for nothing. Would not recommend to anyone.
