After searching for months for a new expedition I found one at Wyatt Johnson Ford with the help of Josh! He was very patient with me through the entire process. Even through me changing my mind multiple times, and ultimately wanting an entirely different one. He was persistent in making sure I was happy until the very end. He wasn’t pushy at all, and I genuinely had an amazing experience. I would 100% go back to Wyatt Johnson Ford, and go back to Josh to buy another vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership.

My car was in for a recall part installation, and there were several delays and issues before I finally had my service appointment. Both Derek and Kevin in the service department were very professional and courteous. They explained various aspects of what was needed and were very helpful. My car was ready, even a bit earlier than promised!
