RecommendedWe bought last year's model, a brand new 2017 AWD Titanium Fusion with the ecoboost I-4 engine. There have been some snafus in getting our paperwork straightened out. When you pay cash for a car it should go through very quickly without all the rigamarole and don't put Ford Credit on my title as a lienholder. However, I prefer to focus on this superb automobile, which is a delight to drive, and the far more important fact that we got a terrific deal with a lifetime warranty.
I am new customer to Wyatt Johnson Ford and I have been dealing with them from a long sales call. I has been hard to take care of everything from 400 to 500 miles away. Let me tell you I live in upstate New York and they are in Nashville. To make things worse I have in hospital with a Kidney Disease. 110% Satisfied I was skeptical about buying a vehicle so far from home, but it was exactly what I was looking for. When I first talked to Marshall, I told him I had one bad experience. He assured me this was the vehicle. My calls and questions were answered promptly. No surprises. Made me feel very comfortable with my decision. This was the Jeep I wanted and more. Ty to all!!!!
Thank you to the service manager Chuck. I was having an issue with my car battery and warranty coverage and the technician Jim was of no help. Chuck went about and beyond to get the issue resolved for my battery.
Called parts for a passenger side mirror for my F150. They didn't have any in stock but could get one by noon and did.
