RecommendedAlthough I have been waiting for two months for Ford to supply them with the part needed to repair my car, I would recommend them. Even though the thirty day backordered has stretched and seems likely to be even longer their staff have been as helpful as they could be. It is hard to get through to the Service Department on the phone, but investors learned to contact the Parts department for “updates”. I bought Ranger xl and drove from Louisville all the way to Nashville to buy this and throughout the process my sales person Alfredo and manager Frank Taylor along with other management people were really helpful and transparent in the purchase. I highly recommend this place for a straightforward deal with no games.
