RecommendedDerek Harvey was top notch at assisting me with my car issues on December 1. He went above and beyond with making sure my car was fixed. Brought my car in that I bought from Carvana due to a slipping transmission. Tommy took it right in. I had an aftermarket warranty thru Carvana. Carvana/Silverrock drug their feet through the whole process, but ford - esp Tommy, April, and the whole team made it as seamless as possible. I will always take my car back there going forward and will likely just purchase a car from them next time I’m in the market for a car.
Raj was a great salesman. The whole team made my experience great! I’ll be back again for sure.
