RecommendedAlthough I have been waiting for two months for Ford to supply them with the part needed to repair my car, I would recommend them. Even though the thirty day backordered has stretched and seems likely to be even longer their staff have been as helpful as they could be. It is hard to get through to the Service Department on the phone, but investors learned to contact the Parts department for “updates”. I loved my buying experience at Wyatt Johnson Ford. I bought Ranger xl and drove from Louisville all the way to Nashville to buy this and throughout the process my sales person Alfredo and manager Frank Taylor along with other management people were really helpful and transparent in the purchase. I highly recommend this place for a straightforward deal with no games.

I would recommend everything. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed. Even my friend who came with me was impressed and in thinking about switching her service to you. I had a service appointment and they took my car on time, in fact, a little early. Eric, my serviceman, was exceptional. He kept me informed. He was right on top of things.

After moving to Nashville my wife’s van was stolen and my newly bought mustang was broken into. Wyatt Johnson Ford went above and beyond to help fix it, make it right and repair what was damaged. Their GM is very kind even when hectic situations arise he stays calm and cares for the customer. Their collision shop does amazing and good work. we were on vacation the engine light came on. we stop at Wyatt Johnson Ford. they were so nice they gave us a loaner car to use while we were in town. this was wonderful as we had tickets to a concert. we didn't have to worry about when our car would be ready. when it was we pick it up our insurance covered everything but deposit of 100. so we continue on with out vacation without any worries.
