RecommendedI had two service calls one service related issue was resolved by the mobile tech. Which he was amazing. But I also had to bring my SUV in for the other repair that couldn't be completed and my advisor Kendall was amazing.

The service department was very helpful and responsive. They were able to get the diagnostics completed ahead of schedule and took time to call me multiple times throughout the day to explain what was wrong and answer my questions. They even fixed an old recall while my car was there.

I started going to Wyatt Ford while living with my daughter after I sold my house but before I bought another. The service folks were very nice. I admit the dealership I use to go to was not as big or as busy so I was there longer then I am use to. But I am big on maintenance so I go every 5000 miles. I had only been there for maintenance twice when I had a tire losing air 3 days before a planned road trip. Service worked me in only to find a screw in my tire.
