I started going to Wyatt Ford while living with my daughter after I sold my house but before I bought another. The service folks were very nice. I admit the dealership I use to go to was not as big or as busy so I was there longer then I am use to. But I am big on maintenance so I go every 5000 miles. I had only been there for maintenance twice when I had a tire losing air 3 days before a planned road trip. Service worked me in only to find a screw in my tire. I went in to see a vehicle they had just listed and had not got the chance to clean it up and detail it yet. Johnny P was such great help. He got my husband and I right in to test drive it, and when we arrived back from test driving, and we knew we wanted it he got the guys in the back to work immediately on detailing it and getting it ready for us.
