"Do NOT buy a car from Kia! I've had 2 door handles break..." Do NOT buy a car from Kia! I've had 2 door handles break in a 3 month period, not covered under warranty ($200 each). "Poor customer service. Promised me something but didnt do it" I had a free oil change my appt was at 8am. They didnt believe me and told me to come back at 930. I did come back, and guess what? Turns out I'm not the liar they though. I got my free oil change. Three hours later. So I asked for my car to be cleaned out. inside and out. "Follow up after sale " I have called the service desk for estimate for installing hood deflector and no return calls.. I also emailed the sales person who i bought the new Kia sportage and no return..
"Will not work with you and misleading" I originally brought my KIA Soul to the Wyatt Johnson KIA service department due to having issues with the computer or electronic components. The service department was the third shop I've been to in order to find out exactly what was wrong with the vehicle. Since it was a KIA service it was my best option to find out what's wrong with car due to the recommendations from the other shops I've been to. "Bad Salesman" I was in for an oil change. Inquired about a vehicle and was disrespected by a salesman by the name of Chris Crawford. Who told me to "stay in my lane" and “not tell him his job”. When I commented that the vehicle I was looking at should have been taken off the floor since it was already sold. As I would not want my vehicle being sat in and possibly damaged after I had purchased it. I recommend buying elsewhere! The service department is excellent. But purchase elsewhere.
