"Genuinely kind" I spoke with Kimberly West at Wyatt Johnson Kia in Clarksville, TN. She is very kind, upbeat and positive and I would imagine she's a joy to everyone she knows. I would not hesitate to recommend her to you if you want somebody willing to try very hard to find what you're looking for.
This is kind of mixed review, The sale experience was great! They had the car I was interested in pulled up front when I got to there for a test drive. The negotiations and finance paperwork was quick and painless. They even filled the tank! The post-sale experience has been absolutely awful!!! Shortly after buying the car, I discovered flaws in the paint that became apparent when the car was out in the bright sunlight. 10 1/2 hours in 3 different days to do a deal and failed to get that I wanted. I paid like full price for a KIA Sportage then at the very end they took away the trailer hitch I wanted. Left not good feedback for in house and they got back with an email saying they would like to address my concerns. 4 emails and 3 phone calls later all is silent. In October, we acquired a pre-owned 2016 Dodge Charge from Wyatt. Unfortunately, after driving the car for only 500 miles, I began to hear a faint knocking sound from beneath the car. After having it checked by a Dodge dealership mechanic and an independent mechanic whom I trust, it was discovered that the rear drive shaft center support bearing was loose, and the splines on the slip yoke were worn out on the front drive shaft. Have a vehicle with 30000 miles on it. ... Had an issue with it loosing coolant. Took to the dealership expecting the warranty to cover it. The dealership told me that it had been tampered with and the warranty would not cover. This vehicle has only been to shop for oil changes and tire rotations. So needless to say I had a 578.00 bill to get my vehicle fixed. This will impact my decision on where I buy from again.
In every aspect of this DS not a single person has a clue of what to do; what they are supposed to do! Customer service is a foreign language to them and if it were a tree and fall on them they wouldn't know what hit them. This DS is running the name of KIA and should not have the privilege to sell there vehicles!!! HAW
I bought a 2022 kia sorento sx for my wife at Wyatt kia vary pleased with our sales guy. So we went back and bought a used lifted GMC sierra. Before I made the first payment I had to take it to the Wyatt GMC dealership to have a couple things fixed on it. I bought an extended warranty has a $250 deductible by time they was done fixing what was wrong it cost me over $500. Now about 3 weeks later my check engine light came on again. LITERALLY THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER TO DEAL WITH. They are so unprofessional and unorganized. They make promises that they don’t intend on keeping. We were given excuses after excuses they truly do not care about making things right. Poorly run dealership and sad excuses of managers.
