Had a car picked out,dealer changed their mind, picked out another car that would be better. Tell you one thing, then come back tell you something else. Kept playing around. They said they want to help. Wrong. Bought cars from them before, not again.

"HORRIBLE SERVICE! Since June we have been overcharged..." HORRIBLE SERVICE! Since June we have been overcharged TWICE and now my vehicle has been sitting there since July waiting on a part. I have made TWO car payments on a vehicle I don’t even have, and they say they have no car to give me to drive while it’s there. I called and left a messages today and NO ONE ever called me back. The worst part is, the vehicle is only 3 years old!

"We “ordered” a Kia Carnival on Thursday April 22. We were..." We “ordered” a Kia Carnival on Thursday April 22. We were told that the price was around $43000. When the vehicle finally comes in 2 1/2 months later the price in now 50000 due to mark up. Please tell me what’s the point of even “ordering” if it really isn’t going to be your vehicle when it comes in. If I was told the price would be marked up I would have never ordered from this dealership.

"Wouldnt Recommend This Kia. I Would Rather Drive To..." Wouldnt Recommend This Kia. I Would Rather Drive To Greenway Kia In Nashville Then Go Here. Service Manager Josh Is Very Rude When It Comes To Taken Care Of A Customer Or Employee. I Witnessed Him Cussing At Employees In Front Of Customers. Then When I Had An Issue With My Car & Needed Him Its Like He Had An Attitude. Never Took My Car To Get Serviced & Delt With So Much At A Place Like I Did With Them. "Today an employee approached and made some negative..." Today an employee approached and made some negative comments. I corrected them and they went back to work. I feel as we were disrespected today and that business almost wasn't conducted following the incident.

After placing a $1,000 deposit down on a vehicle, and over six weeks of time, I was told the vehicle magically "disappeared" from the database and was no longer available for sale. "Sales Manager - Overprices vehicles" Make sure you look at the original sticker. They mark up the Telluride (S&D) and won't come down any! Do not recommend Will!
