Recommendedwent in for my 16000 mile oil change. Paul was great. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Everything checked and fully explained. I'm a loyal Kia customer. Even before Kia was known!!!

RecommendedPaul,Scott and the rest of the employees of Kia were extremely courteous and professional with helping me getting my car repaired and back on the road. I was in a very difficult situation with my car being in Tennessee and I am in the Northern part of Illinois, the service department kept me informed of what was needed to repair my car and then kept me updated throughout the process from beginning to me picking up my repaired vehicle.
