This was our first time visiting this dealer . We live out of star and purchased our Kia brand new from a dealer in IL. We live in Ky and this dealer / service center I in Clarksville ,TN . The staff was the friendliest I have ever met at a dealership . It was a Saturday morning we drove 1:20 minutes to get there by 10 am . Was greated by Halbert . Arrived at the Kia Dealership to have some work done on an auto we recently bought from them. James was wonderful to work with. He was very polite and kept us apprised of the steps being done to our vehicle. When the vehicle was finished, James came to where we were sitting and informed us that we were good to go! Thank you for having such a caring person on your staff!!
This dealership was clean, had complementary coffee, and snacks for my kiddo. It was spacious and felt like home. Our salesman (Chase Collins) was very honest, real, and had our best interest. Literally drove with us around town to find us the best deal. And he succeeded. He stayed on top of it. Chase was extremely professional and helpful.

Nelson Bolden is a true professional. He fought to keep the car we bought out of line until I could get the financing secured. He took the backlash from those above him but stayed true to his word and kept the vehicle for us. we picked it up today. Thank you Mr. Bolden
We've purchased three new cars from this dealership so far, and they've been great every time. Nelson helped us put a great deal to get us what we needed.
