I just want to start my review by saying I had no clue what I wanted just a couple of things I need that I needed out of a car. I pulled up and was greeted by a man named John Wright. He was awesome. Buying a car can be a very stressful experience; however, my car salesman, Nelson, helped alleviate that stress. He was patient and knowledgeable as well as willing to find us the best deal possible. We absolutely loved our experience with Wyatt Johnson Kia in Clarksville. Kobee was our Car Salesman and he truly made the experience GREAT. Victoria at KIA is the ABSOLUTE best! ! Heather at Mazda service is amazing as well! She is so friendly, helpful and kind. Don't buy a new or used car from any other salesperson. We visited Wyatt Johnson Kia looking at a used Mazda. Victoria came out and she was excellent!!! We test drove the used Mazda and she took us to Wyatt Johnson Mazda on our test drive and they had a brand new model cheaper that the used model. Generally speaking, I've acquired a distaste for car salesmen over the years. John changed my opinion and perception. Was in town for a few weeks on business and found our "newsed" (new to us but used) Jeep Grand Cherokee we'd been looking for. John was friendly from the start and not pushy in the least. All the dealings were hassle free and made for a very positive experience. If you're in the market, I'd recommend asking for John; you won't be disappointed!
