Buying a car can be a very stressful experience; however, my car salesman, Nelson, helped alleviate that stress. He was patient and knowledgeable as well as willing to find us the best deal possible. Victoria at KIA is the ABSOLUTE best! ! Heather at Mazda service is amazing as well! She is so friendly, helpful and kind. Don't buy a new or used car from any other salesperson. We visited Wyatt Johnson Kia looking at a used Mazda. Victoria came out and she was excellent!!! We test drove the used Mazda and she took us to Wyatt Johnson Mazda on our test drive and they had a brand new model cheaper that the used model. Generally speaking, I've acquired a distaste for car salesmen over the years. John changed my opinion and perception. Was in town for a few weeks on business and found our "newsed" (new to us but used) Jeep Grand Cherokee we'd been looking for. John was friendly from the start and not pushy in the least. All the dealings were hassle free and made for a very positive experience. If you're in the market, I'd recommend asking for John; you won't be disappointed!
Victoria and Joel went so far above and beyond what they had to to track us down the perfect vehicle!!! They were so patient with my constant questions, and never once were they pushy! They obviously love what they do and it was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had!
Came in to day for regular scheduled maintenance and I was very impressed on how the service advisor DeAndre took care of me and my vehicle today,he was sharp knowledgeable and very concerned about the vehicles need,I definitely will be back along with passing the word off to go and see him and the business,go DeAndre!!!!!
