Arrived at the service appt. Madison greeted me and kept me I informed from start to finish with Subaru service app as well as in person. She went above and beyond with great customer service during the visit by offering a complimentary car wash. Waiting area was very clean and well stocked.

This my first time using the service center and I was not impressed. They were installing a trailer hitch and I was told it would take 2 - 2 1/2 hours. I left the dealership 5 hours later. This makes it extremely difficult to look forward to future service visits.

Madison was there to greet me as soon as I arrived. She verified that I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. She took pictures of my Crosstrek and asked if I had any questions or concerns. She stated what the wait time would be and service was completed within the time frame.
