I was in on 6/5 and asked that if they changed my light settings to put them back like they were. I guess they didn't get the message. When I got home I put almost a gallon of window wash in the reservoir. I thought you checked this when brought in. I guess not!! The people at the front desk were great!! They had a update installed that fixed my problem with Android Auto. I didn't know anything about an update.
Outstanding communication and people skills by all employees we dealt with. Logan and Kevin are awesome.
My man was the best customer serving of excellence service tech specialist I’ve ever had anywhere. He was thorough, believed me of my issues, and got them fixed asap. He even worked with a loaner (twice) in the whole process so I could carry my kids places while my car was in the shop. He didn’t hide anything and was super transparent and upfront on pricing and other avenues of I couldn’t accord that.
