Maybe another mechanic on Saturday’s, A lot of working people complete the “To do”list on Saturdays! The job was done well as always, and the Staff was friendly! Just consider an additional mechanic!

Very responsive to online inquiries, called back promptly and let us do some preliminary stuff over the phone before deciding to make the 3.5 hr drive to view the vehicle in person. From Bryan, the salesman, to Omar in finance, everyone was super helpful, not overly pushy. Would definitely buy from this dealer again.
Service appointments are available for whenever I need one. There are very competent service advisers who always remember me!
Everyone at WJ Subaru we met in Clarksville where very friendly. Michael Pugh was our customer sales person. He did an excellent job showing us all the safety features that are built into the Subaru brand and the specific model we purchased. He has continued to follow up (after the sale) if we have had any additional questions or help with making an appointment for service.
