Whenever I go to the service department everyone is always very nice and professional. I am always given updates on the service, cost and given an explanation of all work completed. I usually have some stupid question about my Forester which is always answered professionally.

My service requirements have always been handled very professionally and with high quality. Recent service was covered by my extended warranty was top notch. While working on the original issues they located another very serious issue and took care of it without any hesitation. I had a loner so they could take the time to complete to work totally.
