Great overall experience! Great overall experience! No one bombarded us as we pulled up. In fact a sales associate came out and said “I’m not going to crowd you, here’s my card when you’re ready. All cars are unlocked. Make yourself at home” and allowed us space and freedom to browse and speak freely without a sales associate breathing down our necks! This made our car buying experience at Subaru one of the best experiences we’ve ever had!

The mechanic diagnosed my AC issue and Matthew processed the extended warranty paperwork. The mechanic fixed the issue as parts were available to take care of the AC. Great job getting me in and out in a timely manner the same day.

The buying process took several hours. Since we didn’t drive the trade in vehicle & the purchased vehicle hadn’t been cleaned, I picked up the new vehicle 2 days later.
