I talked to the representative false hopes all the time and I took it up with the sales manager and he said he would handle it! Lies after lies !! At this point I am very upset 😡. "Service center employees are liars or incompetent or..." Service center employees are liars or incompetent or both. I was lied to about something so simple as a Cabin Air Filter. Now I do not trust that my vehicle was properly serviced.

"Worst Service ever" This Service dept pulls bait and switch. I was given one price when i made my appointment then when i got there i was charged another. So far i have been given three different prices for an oil change ill never come here again

"Quantity over "Quality"" BUYER BEWARE I recently sent my vehicle, to Wyatt Johnson VW in Clarksville TN, to have my car diagnosed. After the evaluation, I was informed that it would need a timing belt and a few other minor issues addressed. However, after the dealership had informed me that my car was in “great” condition, it had unconnected piping, leaking injectors, and no lower timing belt cover. "Lemon car" I bought a used car from them and I did not realize it had a leak in the trunk and the taillight has a major water damage in it. Also the frame is messed up. I took it back to the dealership since its only been a week and they said you bought it as it we wont help you. Seriously you wont even take five seconds to look at and see what can be done. And at first you would not even let me talk to the manager. I never ever felt i got screwed over this bad before

"Service Department Is A Joke" Let me just summarized the whole experience as follows: I own an Audi S4 and 2 Tiguans (i.e. I am a VW/Audi guy). Generally do my own maintenance, but it was cold over Thanksgiving weekend so I sent my daughter to this place for an oil change. She calls me from the dealer and tells me that they ran a "diagnostic" indicating it needs a wheel alignment. Hmmm. Now you come in for an oil change and they tell you that an alignment is required. "Service Department" I have never been to a service department that is so bad. I’ve taken my car in three times and every time that has been an issue. At my 10,000 mile service they rotated the tires, 5 minutes down the road the tpms light came. I took it back and every tire was at a different psi and overinflated. Next visit for 20,000 service that I scheduled was rescheduled without my knowledge. My original appointment was cancelled because they were closed that day. "Worst Customer Service Experience" I took my 2015 VW Golf TDI to this dealership for the first phase of the emission repairs. After the service I complained about a roaring sound coming from the front of the vehicle. I was assured on three separate occasions that it was just excessive engine noise caused by the emissions update and that the sound would resolve when I completed the second phase of the emission repair.
