From the time I bought my car to now (over a year later) I have had nothing but issues directed specifically to the service department. After having my car 4 days, a "low coolant" light came on and come to find out a leak from the radiator hose was overlooked from the initial service when it was taken in. I later had another coolant leak issue, and when I got my vehicle back it would not start. Jamal is an awesome service tech, on the other hand the maintenance team they have is unbelievable and irresponsible. I brought in my 2021 Jetta for oil change and alignment. The only modification I’ve made to this car is a front splitter/front lip. Drove my car there just fine no bumps, no scratches, no busted tires or a busted front lip. I pick up my car about an hour later, not only did they lie on my paperwork, they busted my front lip to where I had to take it off. And split my front driver side tire as well. My husband wanted to buy a new car today. Spent the morning getting approved through our bank and called the dealership to make sure the car was there. I would advise against anyone using the Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen Dealership in Clarksville or buying from Volkswagen altogether. I am currently deployed to Iraq, and VW of Clarksville is failing to correct a situation with a vehicle they sold to us that is still under warranty, but currently “not safe to drive” due to a faulty chip.
