"Chris the service manager " I had a rocky start with this dealership, (we moved to town and I already owned my Jetta.) The dealerships manager worked extremely hard with me to gain my trust back, which I appreciate. However the reason I am finally writing this review is because Chris the service manager, has gone above and beyond every time I call or go in. I am put to ease when I walk in with a concern and see him, because I know he’ll listen and work with the techs to get it fixed.
"I love my new car!!" My husband and I went there looking for another car but ended up walking out with a brand new 2019 Volkswagen Passat and I absolutely love it!!! This is by far the best dealership we have ever bought from. Their customer service is outstanding. Everyone is so nice and helpful and the salesman we had (Leslie) he wasn’t pushy at all and he was very patient with us throughout the whole process. "Got a new car" I took my 05 Volkswagen Passat in to have work done on it find out it was going to cost about $6,000 mr. Jonathan Vick did what he could and got me into a 2015 Volkswagen which will cost me about 14,000 his services was really good respectful he did what he could in between his other clients and help me drive away and get on my feet very thankful for wyattjohnson employees that all helped especially Jonathan Vick
