asking and pushing for more services but I expected that
Excellent service very polite and thorough. Always a pleasure to get my service done here
My right front passenger side tire alignment was out of alignment when I did an alignment check. As always Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen took good care of me. A+++++++++++++++++
Excellent service, clean waiting area and friendly staff.
The people were friendly and knowledgeable. Tabitha explained in detail the needs for my vehicle and how much it costs before anything was done. My technician gave me detailed information on the inspection of my vehicle and the recommendations and allowed me to make the necessary decisions. In the end I had an oil change, 4 new tires, an alignment and I am pleased with the results and price.
Customer service was friendly. Not pushy on the attempted upgrades.
made a schedule ahead 2 days for oil change and tire rotation, admitted quickly, job was done in timely manner, happy customer
great service, from the time of arrival to departure.
As always, the people at Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen take good care of me and my Volkswagen. A++++++++++++++++++
