This was the best stay I have had.
I am very satisfied with this care centre. Due to excellent physiotherapy, my mobility has improved greatly. My physical health is also much better due to care and attention. Staff vary in their friendliness but are all attentive.

My mum had a pleasant stay at Westgate House after being discharged from hospital with a fractured pelvis. The staff were attentive, regularly checking on mum's wellbeing, her room was clean and bright and mum really enjoyed the food. Mum had regular physio and occupational therapy from the kind and knowledgeable therapists so she was prepared for home when she was discharged. I visited daily and was always welcomed. Thank you.

My mother was extremely poorly following a fall, the staff have been very kind in assisting her to feel more comfortable. Very nice facilities and excellent care.
I spent three weeks at Westgate for rehabilitation and was made to feel most welcome. It has a relaxed feel to the place and the staff are easily able to make new residents comfortable with the routines so it doesn't feel strange for long. The relaxed feel belies the work that is done with encouragement to do a little more but giving help when needed, producing results and genuine pleasure when a new milestone is reached.
